When appropriate, we offer internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment in a way that always honors your comfort, consent, and readiness.

Every month, we gather. Mama Medicine Circles are donation-based spaces for women to be witnessed and held by each other with no agenda, no pressure, just honest conversation and community.

Our Process.

Step 1

Reach out with whatever you're carrying: a question, a symptom, a feeling you can't quite name. Dr. Banks will get back to you personally within one business day.

Step 2

Your first session is a full hour; unhurried, one-on-one, and devoted to understanding your whole picture. We'll build a care plan around your body and your life. No referral needed.

Step 3

We walk alongside you, for as long as healing asks. The goal isn't just feeling better. It's coming home to a body you trust.

Dr. Alyssa Banks, PT, DPT

I became a pelvic floor physical therapist because I believe women deserve care that actually sees them and not just their symptoms. For over fifteen years, I've walked alongside women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the quiet complexity of midlife. I bring science, intuition, and my own experience as a mother of two to every session. I know what it feels like to not fully trust your body and that knowing shapes everything I do. At Alchemy, I want every woman who walks through the door to feel seen, heard, and a little less alone in whatever she's carrying.
